EDF Group Ethics Programme and Agenda 21

The Ethics Programme and the guidelines of Agenda 21* in favour of sustainable development lay the groundwork of the Group's culture.
These two fundamental texts, implemented by the Group companies, illustrate the EDF Group's social and environmental commitments, as well as its culture focused on excellence.

* The EDF Group Agenda 21 comes within the framework of the commitments signed by more than 150 States at the « Rio Earth Summit » in 1992.

EDF Group University

The EDF Group University was organized in 2003. It is the aim of this university to create a homogeneous community of present and future managers by sharing managerial methods and practices, through a common approach to changes.
The EDF Group University has entered into partnerships with 3 business schools:
- Cranfield Business School in London (Great Britain);
- ESCP in Paris (France);
- INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France).
In France, the sessions and seminars organized by the EDF Group University take place in Chatou, in the Paris region.

manager's Charter

The management plays a key role in the dissemination of the Group culture, as well as in the mobilisation and economic and social performance of the teams. The Group has enhanced the coherence of its management style and a Manager's Charter is gradually implemented in all of the Group's companies.
